Welcome to CEDO (Inc): an organisation that helps executives feeling a little “lonely at the top” not to feel so isolated. Through peer mentoring, members provide valuable feedback and support to each other in a confidential forum.

CEDO (Inc) is a unique organisation in that it consists of like minded people who are prepared to share their knowledge and experience in a confidential manner resulting in each member giving and gaining help and assistance as needed.

Members are encouraged to have fun and at the same time talk about their own “big picture” including such matters as self, family, health, work tasks, social, education, recreation and how to blend their personal lives with their business careers.

The success of this concept and the organisation can be seen by the fact that there are members of the original groups formed back in 1979 who are still active and continuing to be stimulated and enriched.

CEDO stands for Chief Executive Development Organisation and is an incorporated not-for-profit body.
